The major factors influencing the relation of employees to the company with the foreign capital are presented. The reasons of low loyalty of the personnel are considered and tools of formation of corporate culture are presented. A number of the directions demanding changes in terms of improvement of an organizational climate is offered: training, internal communications, internal actions, politicies and procedures, management methods and problem solultions. ; Представлены основные факторы, влияющие на отношение сотрудников к компании с иностранным капиталом. Since 2008 Putin has ushered in military reforms and a massive increase in defense spending to upgrade Russia's creaky military forces. Thanks to the above-mentioned project, Russia has recently evinced a newfound willingness to use force to get what it has planned. First, in February 2014, right after Euromaidan protests Moscow sent soldiers in unmarked uniforms to wrest control of the Crimea from Ukraine, implicitly threatening Kiev with a wider invasion. It then provided weaponry, intelligence, and command-and-control support to the pro-Russian separatists in Ukraine's Donbas region, checking Kiev's attempts to defeat them. The Ukrainian territory of the Crimea was annexed by the Russian Federation (RF) on 18 March 2014. Since then, the peninsula has been administered as two de facto Russian federal subjects—the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, which, until 2016, were grouped within the Crimean Federal District. The operation in the Crimea was not a shooting war, but actual fighting followed a few weeks later in the Donbas region. The mass media has already named a tactic of the Crimea invasion as "hybrid warfare": providing logistical and intelligence support for the proRussian separatists in the Donbas while undertaking military exercises near the Ukraine's border to keep Kiev off balance".

Are women the superheroes of the corporate world? The increasing number of women directors coupled with the various policies and quotas in favor of boards' gender diversity have given rise to extensive research on women directorship. This study investigates the impact of boards' gender diversity on firm performance and firm risk. Relying on 136 FTSE100 companies and 11 years of data, this study finds evidence that gender diversity enhances corporate outcomes. Gender diversity within the executive directors' team is associated with an increase in corporate performance and a decrease in corporate risk. However, no impact had been identified regarding gender diversity within the non-executive board of directors. The results convey the benefits of women participation in the executive suite and demonstrate the positive impact of boards' gender diversity on corporate outcomes. As such, this study highlights women leadership potential that is being hindered by gender stereotypes. ; As mulheres serão os superherois do mundo corporativo? O numero crescente de mulheres em cargos diretivos, e o aumento de politicas e cotas a favor da diversificação do genero no board of directors tem levado ao aumento de estudos sobre a liderança das mulheres. Este estudo investiga o impacto que a diversidade do genero tem na performance da empresa como no risco da mesma. Tendo por base 136 FTSE 100 empresas e 11 anos de dados, este estudo encontra evidencia de que a diversidade do genero melhore os resultados da empresa. A diversidade de genero dentro de directores executivos está associada com um aumento da performance da empresa e uma diminuição no risco da mesma. Contudo nenhum impacto tem sido notado em cargos não executivos. Os resultados demonstram os beneficios da participação de mulheres em cargos executivos e demonstra o impacto positivo que a inserção de mulheres tem no board of directors. Desta forma este estudo evidencia o potencial da liderança de mulheres e por outro lado o esterótipo de generos que afecta esta área.

The article contains an analysis of the events of world economic history related to the processes of globalization. The principles and nature of the functioning of international institutions that determine the world order in recent decades are described. In the context of significant changes taking place in the world in recent years, the question is raised of changing the balance of power in the world economy and the possibility of transition to its "deglobalization" is assessed.

This paper investigates whether and in which cases private military and security company employees can be considered mercenaries under international law, in the light of recent practice and academic debate. Firstly, it focuses on the definitions of 'mercenary' laid down in international treaties and explores whether they reflect customary international law. Secondly, this paper reviews the various conditions listed in the afore-mentioned definitions and tries to find out whether and to what degree private military and security company personnel meet them. It argues that none of the said definitions has achieved the status of customary international law and demonstrates that only a very limited number of employees fall within them.

Based on theory from consumer behavior; cognitive psychology, and social cognitive psychology, this article explores the effect of corporate image in the formation of customer loyalty. Findings from the goods and service sector indicate that corporate image has a significant but indirect impact on customer loyalty. In conclusion, the authors claim that customer loyalty is driven both by disconfirmation of expectations and corporate image.
